Founded in 2018 by Dr. Janice Gassam Asare, BWG Business Solutions is an award-winning consultancy created with the mission of helping organizations and institutions build more equitable environments where all employees have the opportunity to thrive.

The name Black White Green (BWG) reflects the belief that equity efforts must center on addressing racial inequities, as racism is the foundation upon which all other forms of oppression are built. By prioritizing equity and tackling these root issues, organizations can create workplaces that are not only more just but also more sustainable (“green”).
 

At BWG, we use racial equity as a lens to understand, address, and create interventions that tackle all forms of workplace bias, including ableism, sexism, ageism, and other systemic inequities. By addressing racial inequities as the foundation, we uncover and dismantle the broader systems of bias that impact all employees. This approach not only creates a more fair and just workplace but also ensures that every employee, regardless of their identity, background, or experiences, has the opportunity to thrive.
